Greek Lamb Meatballs

Directions Mix one pound of ground lamb with ¼ cup of milk-soaked panko bread crumbs. Mix in 1 tsp of the following herbs: ground coriander, ground cumin, dried oregano. Add salt and pepper. Mix in ¼ cup feta cheese. Form balls and broil until done (around 10 minutes) turning once. Serve with your favorite tzatziki sauce.
