• Mix one pound of ground lamb with ¼ cup of milk-soaked panko bread crumbs.
  • Mix in 1 tsp of the following herbs: ground coriander, ground cumin, dried oregano.
  • Add salt and pepper. Mix in ¼ cup feta cheese.
  • Form balls and broil until done (around 10 minutes) turning once.
  • Serve with your favorite tzatziki sauce.
